Special Planners experiences may be booked through external platforms. Please read the refund information supplied with your chosen experience before paying.
If you need to cancel
Contact us as soon as possible with your name, experience name and booking reference. Cancellation requests will be reviewed under the event’s stated terms and applicable consumer protections. Any reasonable cancellation charges must be disclosed before booking.
If an experience changes
If we cancel or materially change an experience, we will explain the available rebooking and refund options, subject to your statutory rights.
How to request help
Email hello@specialplannersgroup.com. If payment was handled by a booking provider, we will guide you to the relevant process. Refund timing may depend on that provider and your payment method.
Your rights remain
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under applicable Nigerian consumer law.
